Right now our ordering is limited to using our order form
(mailing or faxing it to us), or calling us so we can help place your
order. We have not implemented an online shopping store.
| We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit
cards. We also accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money
orders; however,
we must wait for these to clear before sending your order. |

section of this web site. We also have catalogs or fliers that
may highlight our products.

Shipping
policies:
|
We strive to ship orders the same business day.
Orders late in the day may not be shipped until the following
day. Our standard shipping is through US Postal Service's
Priority Mail, which usually arrives in two days of mailing for the
continental United States. We can also send priority mail.
Shipping costs are related to weight. Your shipping costs are
related to the weight of your shipment; however, we provide free
shipping if your order total is high enough. See the order form
for more details.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or international
destinations will require more time.
We will also ship overnight mail if you need it quickly or via other
methods if your order weight is large. See order form or
contact us for details.
For international shipping costs, please inquire via email.

Return policies: |
All
returns require prior authorization. Call or email Princess
Potpourri for a return authorization number. Please tell us why
you wish to return your items.
Claims of damaged or missing items should be reported within 24 hours
of receiving your shipment. Please inspect your shipment
immediately.
Within fifteen (15) days of shipment, we will replace or credit any
item that is deemed to be defective. All returned items must be
in their original state, unopened, or placed back into he box in which
they were originally shipped.
For health safety reasons, we do not accept returns on edible products,
such as candy. We will replace products that are damaged or
defective; however, your returns will be discarded.
Returns should be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and
invoice. Please write the return authorization number on this
copy.
Credit Card purchases will be refunded to the credit card. Checks
and Money Orders will be made with a refund check once your original
check funds have cleared.

Insufficient funds:
|
It can happen to
anyone. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, we will
charge you $30 to cover our banking fees and time to resolve the issue.

Mailing/email list: |
Princess
Potpourri may send out periodic email or postal mailings concerning our
products and services to our customers. If you do not wish to
receive such email, please notify us and we will remove you from such
communications.

Privacy policies: |
Princess
Potpourri does not sell or rent its customer contact information
including phone numbers, addresses, or names. We do not disclose
information about any of our customer's purchases.
Princess Potpourri only uses customer credit card and other billing
information and account numbers to complete customers
transactions. We do not maintain a record of your credit card
information after your transaction. All information not required
for our accounting or needed for legal purposes will be shredded before
disposal. |
